Mark’s patent practice includes patent preparation and prosecution, patent appeals and post-grant proceedings, client counseling, patent due diligence, and the preparation of opinions including patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate.

Mark has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications to allowance including applications spanning the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, materials science, semiconductor, mechanical, and electrical arts. Mark is experienced in patent appeals and USPTO post grant proceedings before the USPTO and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Mark is experienced in managing the prosecution of foreign patent applications.
