Ching Kwok

Ms. Kwok focuses her practice on intellectual property (IP), including patent and trademark law. She has over fifteen years of professional experience in the IP field including assisting domestic and overseas Fortune 500 companies, medium-sized enterprises, small businesses, and start-ups.

In the course of her career, Ms. Kwok worked with companies in a variety of technical fields including telecommunications, semiconductor, software, augmented and virtual realities, vehicle control systems, medical devices, mechanical inventions, electrical circuitry, display devices, and image processing semiconductor devices.

Ms. Kwok has been invited to lecture on many aspects of U.S. Patent and Trademark Practice by various organizations such as the Japan Intellectual Property Association (JIPA) and Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg, France. Ms. Kwok also interned at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, IP Attaché Program.
